Instructions

Use this form to apply for individual CAST membership. Select the tier that best reflects your role and level of engagement. All membership contributions support CAST's mission to assemble, interpret, and communicate credible, science-based information to policymakers, media, and the public.

If you represent an organization — including professional societies, universities, nonprofits, or companies — please contact us directly at membership@cast-science.org to discuss organizational membership options.

Select An Option

For practitioners and contributors who want full access to CAST programs and an active role in science communication. Science Builders can contribute to CAST Voices, Insights, and Labs, and receive recognition in CAST Pulse and Connections.

Select Level

For those making a long-term investment in agricultural science communication. Lifetime Builders receive full access to all CAST programs, Labs participation, priority invitations to Summits, and permanent recognition in CAST media. May serve in advisory or program support roles in coordination with CAST staff.

Select Level

For students who want access to CAST content and opportunities designed to support the next generation of science communicators. Student Explorers receive access to the CAST U Bulletin, Labs, Voices, and webinars.

Free — for full-time students enrolled at an accredited college or university that holds an active CAST institutional membership.

$39/year — for full-time students enrolled at institutions without a CAST membership.
